Causes and Ways to Overcome Autism - The term autism comes from the word "Autos" which
means self and "isms" which means a stream, so it can be interpreted
as a keen understanding in his own world. Autism is a complex developmental
disorder that usually appears before the age of three years as a result of a
neurological disorder that affects the normal functioning of the brain. This
disorder affects the development in the areas of social interaction and
communication skills.
Children with autism typically show difficulties in verbal
and nonverbal communication, social interaction, and social activities (such as
playing together). They also showed patterns of behavior are limited, in the
form of repetition and stereotypes (mimic). A person with autism has some
difficulties, namely in terms of meaning, communication, social interaction,
and the problem of imagination. This causes autism have difficulties in their
